Today, Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of these United States of America. I got to watch the historic event at work and like many, felt extremely proud that this country has come so far to actually show its true self and make real that which many thought would never happen in our lifetime. It was an awe-inspiring day.

With this changing of the guard, I am cautiously optimistic. There has been plenty of rhetoric and sentiments of “hope” and “change,” which I would truly love to see come to its fruition. And now, Mr. President, it’s time to get to work. Yes, you can…
